Fats Melting

Dear earthlings, what a crazy blogger I am! So hardworking too. I can barely open my eyes but I still force myself into blogging this. I didn’t want to forget the feeling (^_-)

Ok, don’t laugh… I think my fats are melting (^.^) No I’m not exaggerating! Literally felt it. Especially now, right at this very moment. Don’t worry I didn’t starve myself or join any famine activity. I simply has been moving a lot lately.

Yesterday, I spend 5 hours standing and walking at Wan Zai all because of dive expo 2011 in Hong Kong. What have I been doing ? First, talk to some instructors regarding dive equipment and further courses. Met David and Paco, two fun and easy going instructor from diving adventure. Arranged a dive trip with Paco and 6 other divers to Phillipines’ PG Islands. Super excited ! Second, walk all the way from Wan Zai to Causeway Bay to buy my Tusa Tina mask and Gull snorkel. Then, walk back to Wan Zai and further enquiry on the BCD & regulator combo. Tiring! Imagine the calories I’ve burnt.

Alright, today? Waking up at 7am, left home at 8am to Sha Tin to meet up with Jack, Lily and her family. Then, went Sai Kung, take the boat and cruise to Trio Beach. Sea-swimming from 11-1.30pm. Sunburnt ! Swimming with the wave and in the sea are different from the pool. It’s way tiring. Too much effort.

After Sai Kung day trip, the localboy and I went back to Jack’s, pick up his wife and had dinner at Tsuen Wan. After dinner, went home took a quick shower, the localboy and I took Westrail and went Siu Hong for our weekly tennis time with friends. More than an hour. By the time I got home, I couldn’t feel my legs! No, not feet, I mean legs. The two long and thick elephant legs!

Ok now, honestly, did I look slimmer ? I’m pretty sure some of my body fat melted. Beside those activities, I keep an eye on my intakes. No rice for dinner. Always some veggies. Try not to feel 100% full but 70% fullness. I felt healthier, fitter, slimmer though o(^_^)o
